Halloween season is here and with it a host of scary movies perfect for getting cozy on family movie night.
The three big streaming giants – Amazon Prime, Hulu and Netflix – have the seasonal classics, like the uber-popular “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown,” to newcomer “The Quiet Place.”
We’ve rounded up almost two dozen of the best, appropriate for kid-viewing. We’ve even organized the scary showings by age.
Some of the movies, like “Hotel Transylvania” and “Beetlejuice,” may not scream Halloween, but they definitely have the seasonal spook factor.
Most movies are free to subscribers, a few are available for rent or purchase.
